Prior approval granted on appeal after four previous refusals by Malvern Hills on the same proposal site.

Planning permission granted for the conversion of a listed cart shed and stone barn and the replacement of a steel-framed barn with three new dwellings using Class Q as a fallback. Despite substantial local opposition to the proposals, the North Kesteven Planning Committee resolved to approve the application by 9 votes to 2.

Planning permission granted for new dormer window within the Stamford conservation area in the South Kesteven authority area.


New England Farm


Planning permission granted for the retrospective change of use of agricultural building to form one dwelling in the South Cambridgeshire authority area. Class Q were instructed after the client’s prior approval permission had lapsed and the building work undertaken to date had not been carried out in accordance with the previously approved plans.
